The Perch

 

The Perch is a quarterly publication distributed initially to English speaking residents and visitors in and around the urbanisation of Cabanyes in Calonge but now reaching a far wider audience.

It provides a wide range of information regarding services, entertainment, travel and wildlife alongside a mixture of articles and illustrations of a more light-hearted and occasionally even amusing nature.

It was created by and is edited and designed by an English couple and carries an increasing number of contributions from other residents of Cabanyes.

The Perch is non-profit making and is distributed free of charge relying entirely on donations to cover printing and associated costs.

The major sponsor of The Perch since its launch in 2009 has been Quality Estates.
