Quality Estates is a real estate agency that offers a comprehensive range of services in the beautiful golden triangle of the Costa Brava. In this region are the places Palamós, Sant Antoni, Calonge, Platja d’Aro, Santa Cristina and Sant Feliu de Guixols. Quality Estates has over 20 years of experience in the region and more than a quarter of a century of providing cost effective and high quality real estate services, our team is fully committed to meeting the individual requirements of our clients, however simple or complex those needs may be to be.

Quality Estates was founded in November 2000 by Arjan de Goede and Danny Bakker. What started as a two-man business has steadily grown into an all-round real estate company with more than 25 employees.

Our four main business activities are:

The real estate department matches buyers and sellers of approximately 250 properties in the Costa Brava and Ibiza.
The rental department manages the rental of approximately 50 holiday villas available for weekly tourist rental.
Our construction company builds completely new villas, renovates existing ones and creates beautiful additions to existing homes, swimming pools, terraces and many others.
Last but not least, our service department ensures that all of our managed properties have bright gleaming pools, well-maintained gardens and any other requirement.
